Feeling nostalgic? If you answered yes, then this mid century modern designed home will fit your needs. The design has a versatile floor plan and has plenty of room for an expanding family.
The lot is base game only and is furnished with base game objects. The objects are there for placement, just to give you an idea of what to do with the inside. You can keep them and recolor them or redesign it, all up to you.

- Lucky Palms window, Clearstory 3-Tier Window, is used but not required.
Installation
This is a package file that should be put in your Library folder (here Document/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Library). Do not put it in your mod folder or it won’t show up.
*I will not supply a sims3pack version because I have all Ep’s and decrappified store content/worlds. If you do not have an item the game will replace it with base game content.
