Set includes - Adult and Child Bike (regular and Ani’s script version), Bike Rack, Deco Kiosk, Ticket Machine, Key Fob (deco and Ani’s script version), and Deco Items (ATS3′s grocery bag and lunch box, resized to fit the basket)

will need the ‘moveobjects on’ cheat to place side by side. I adjusted the bases to accommodate the ½ and 1 tile for easier placement. You will still need the cheat. Technically you aren’t supposed to put the racks that close together but it functions just fine in game.
bike basket has a deco slot (it’s a small space. sorry about that) Resized a few items from @aroundthesims to fit the baskets. Sandy’s purse items are a good fit for the slot as well. Also, the deco slot is only on the regular version of the bike. 
Added a child version of the bike in addition to a separate version with Ani’s Mountain Bike script. You can have both versions installed. Please read Ani’s instructions txt file on how to use. 
The bike kiosk is deco. Added a ticket machine item to help with it looking functional. It uses the script only so the Store’s Barrier To Entry System is required. pssst
And everything can be found in BuyMode - Vehicles-Bicycles
And it’s all base game compatible mostly. The lunch box uses Arsil’s Cooler Mod and the bag of groceries uses the chest feature but doesn’t require WA.
And a few other fixes with the textures and shadows.
To keep the bikes static on a Community lot, you can use Nraas DebugEnabler to disable the Bike functions. Or you can use The Transmogrifier to make it a deco object.
