Cat Ear Markings and included default to make it work. 2 ways to make this work. A - if you play with no cat texture default then use the included Default cat texture overlay. The cat inside ear texture was removed so the makeup can work. B - if you use a cat texture default then you will have to export the overlay image Instance 0x840F22E278BCCBDB and remove the ear texture and the corresponding alpha parts.
Cat Bummhole Marking - In most situations you will never see this...but if your cat must have a proper bummhole to groom then...
