will need the ‘moveobjects on’ cheat to place side by side
bike basket has a deco slot (it’s a small space. sorry about that)
The bike kiosk is deco
And everything can be found in BuyMode - Vehicles-Bicycles
And it’s all base game compatible
To keep the bikes static on a Community lot, you can use Nraas DebugEnabler to disable the Bike functions. Or you can use The Transmogrifier to make it a deco object.
