Found in Miscellaneous Entertainment for Residential and Community Lots.
Fully re-colorable with 4 channels and 4 presets.

special note - one of the seats (see above pic) sorta tilts more than the others. It’s part of the animation. Doesn’t affect how it works, just thought I’d mention it.

Credits
fully meshed by me in Maya but influenced by several real world rides and models.
@davidmont for help testing and encouraging me to actually mesh it in Maya. This was all because I didn’t want a plastic looking Ferris Wheel. lol
