Formerly known as the house with no name. Thank you bodacsims for giving it a name. ;) This house is built for my St. Manolia save and is located at Magnolia Lane 8. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a laundry, dining, 2 decks and tons of possibilities. It has basic furnishings on the inside so redecorating is a must. Change whatever you like, just don’t re-upload it.

Installation
This is a package file that should be put in your Library folder (here Document/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Library). Do not put it in your mod folder or it won’t show up.
*I will not supply a sims3pack version because I have all EP’s and decrappified store content/worlds. If you do not have an item the game will replace it with base game content.
