Heather bush from Dragon Valley EDIT
This plant came with the store world Dragon Valley. Love the plant but every time I use it, it causes routing issues. I tried first to make a default replacement and just fix what was broken, but couldn’t get any of the fixes to work.  So I remade it and had success. 
Remade using the base game heather plant.
Found in Build mode - Plants - Flowers $20
