This design is based on a plan called The Bi-Coastal. It is spacious and has lots of light. Includes a small carport, study, small pond, and garden area.
Special note: I furnished the inside with base game objects as placement ideas only. I would encourage you to change it up and redecorate it to your hearts content. I would love to see what you come up with. I follow the tag mspoodle1 and mspoodle.

Installation
This is a package file that should be put in your Library folder (here Document/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Library). Do not put it in your mod folder or it won’t show up.
*I will not supply a sims3pack version because I have all Ep’s and decrappified store content/worlds. If you do not have an item the game will replace it with base game content.
