Garden Sprinkler & XML Edit

1. Garden Sprinkler - Edit to make it fully recolorable with a 4 color range. Added an extra available category to Plumbing - Misc Plumbing. It's a clone of the original. I wanted to do a default replacement but I could never get that to fully work properly, so a cloned version it is.
 
2. XML Edit - The original range is 2.5/3 tiles. Changed it to be 7 for my game needs. (The tile range is a radius around the sprinkler. If that makes sense) You can edit this value to whatever works for you. Open Mspoodle_Sprinkler_XMLedit.package in s3pe. Right click on the _XML line and choose Notepad.
 
Then change the value to whatever your game needs. <kRangeOfSpray value="2.5">
 
2.5 is the original value and I have mine set to 7, which is what the one is set to in the included file.
Save and Save again for the package file and put it in your Mods/Packages folder.
