4to3 Island Living Conversion
Set includes:
2 working ceiling fans - requires the mod for the animations - by CmoMoney (Extra palm fan. Sorry about the shadow on the one. I couldn’t get it to import. Now I remember why the fans where hard to make)
Awning - shiftable and recolorable
Swing Set - It does that thing modular furniture do when you connect more than one. It breaks the texture. Just click the 1st preset and it will become recolorable again. If you move it, you gotta do it again. Just a heads up. 
Pool Floaties - Whale and Pizza - Fully functionable. The whale floatie has recolorable presets and the pizza has 4 non-recolorable options. (are they called floaties? we always called them that. Must be a southern thing. :)) And you need the Seasons Ep for these to function!
Balloons - 4 balloons that sorta do a bouncy, wavy animation. Because I used the foliage shader to achieve this, they are individual files. If you want to use all of them I would suggest merging the package files. Up to you. (I named them weird because…idk…how do you name weird floatie bird fish thing on a string….yeah that’s too long…lol) Also, there were more presets, I picked the 4 I liked. You’re welcome to use mine to make the others if you want.
