Ahoy there!  

The set includes:

• Front and back ship pieces, the mast, pirate fence, pirate helm (requires Island Paradise EP), pirate barrels, ship cannon and houseboat override wood texture.

Things of note: 

• The big ship pieces are enabled so sim will walk through them. It’s the only way they would be able to get on and off the boat.

• If you want your sims to live on the boat, you can always make a basement and hide the stairs under the back ship piece. 

• You’ll need to turn on the ‘move objects’ cheat to place some of the items.

• The ships cannon is almost identical to the one that came with the island world Barnacle Bay. Didn’t realize it until after I converted it. 

• All of the boats use the same image resource for the bottom. It’s not recolorable. So I made a default in a wood texture that would match the pirate boat. You can use it or not, but just know that ALL your boats will have a brown wood texture. Or you can use the file to make your own default. Just replace the texture with the same size image in s3pe.

• Hoping I didn’t forget anything. Best thing is to turn on your cheats, place everything and use it like any other houseboat. 🚢⚓🛳
